This was a great find to replace the shaft in my Honda Tiller. It is the same shaft used in it that is getting harder to find and ridiculously expensive. This is a weak point in their transmissions with the brass gear. If the tines get jammed, the motor is strong enough to strip the brass gear with the worm gear if you force it. I will probably buy a spare one of these just to be safe.
